As shifting in work revolution continue to favor talent workforce, more Organization are looking forward with what employee and future candidates want form employing in the organization. Organization needs to step up Organization value proposition that offer to employee and future candidates for attracting talents workforce. Employee Value propositions (EVP) are competitive compensation, benefits, career growth opportunity and Organization culture and value that align with employee and candidates. By having stronger EVP, Organization will attract top talents, productivity from employee engagement and growth performance of the organization.

HRM need to develop and implement EVP strategy to attract top talents.

A.     Unique Differentiation

HRM need to exam the uniqueness of organization culture and value that why would employee and future candidate might work for the Organization. Continue to differentiate between competitor about Organization offer and benefits to employees.

 

B.     Employee Needs and Wants

HRM need to investigate Employee needs and wants from employee experience and survey, in order to formulate and integrate into better EVP strategy.

 

C.     Align EVP with Authentic Organization vision, mission and Value

EVP need to reflect true Organization Vision, Mission and Value, so that employee and future candidates can align and share the same purpose and commitment. By showcasing authentic EVP, employee will more resonate with the Organization.

 

D.    Integrated EVP

Using Employee testimony as part of EVP strategy, to be more relatable and compelling to employee and future candidates.

Utilizing Employer Brand, current EVP and Employee to be more integrated EVP.

Investigate Gap between current EVP and Employee demand, if there is unmatched gap issue, evaluate current EVP and address the gap issue for integrated EVP.

A.     Attracting and retaining top talents

Compelling EVP attract talent workforce who align with Organization culture, value and Vision, ultimately reduce turnover rate.

B.     Engaged work force and Employee Performance

Well Organized EVP attract employee that fit into Organization and share common mission and vision, resulted in high performance from engaged workforce.

C.     Strong Employer and Employee Relationships

Well define EVP create transparency and trust between Employer and Employee whom both parties working toward the same goals and mission.

 

Components of Employee Value Propositions

A.     Compensation

Fair compensation is important for top talents, since it create better employee engagement and better job satisfaction from matching with evaluating employee performance and productivity.

B.     Work life Balance

Flexible option for work schedules, benefits (Paid Leaves, Holiday, Retirement) are benefits for employee well-being by reduced stress and reorganize their work life balances.

C.     Stability

By providing coaching, mentoring, training, promotion, career growth opportunity; employee feel Jobs Security and predictable long term outlook career, so they will stay longer in the organization.

D.    Location and Respect

BY proving positive work environment, strong support culture and recognition, empowerment and autonomy, top talent will stay longer in the organization.

Conclusion

Employee Value Propositions (EVP) is unique attractiveness that Organization offering to employees and future candidates to employ and retain for long term HRM strategy of Organization strategy. Developing Organization Unique Culture, vision and value to attract top talent candidate who share the same value and common vision.
