Rapid changing of work, technology advancement and integration, and changing demographic, HRM need to formulate future proof Talent Management Strategy for future success of the organization. Future Talent management strategy need to include Employee experience as core strategy and give more autonomy to employee, developing engaged and productive talent workforce that are adaptable in changing nature of work, investing on technology to improve Talents Management System, and utilizing AI and Automation software.

 Future proof Talent Management Strategy are;

 

Develop Internal workforce

By investing and investigating of potential of exiting employees has allowed to increase organization skilled force without external recruitment.

Develop Adaptable Workforce

In order to fulfill future work, HRM need to prepare for capabilities of exiting employee to increase and upgrade. HRM need to have strategy for reskilling; where employee is taking new set of training for different position and upskill where employee is taking acquiring new set of upgrade training for current roles. Job rotation, where experiences and skills are transfer, also support to development adaptable workforce which are versatile and dynamics for Organization skills force adaptability.

Employee Experience

As human being, employee experience will be core value future employee. Strategy to increase employee experience are positive work environment, give more autonomy (Generation Z), employee engagement and satisfaction, learning and development opportunities, flexible work and work-life balance.

Skills-based Recruiting and skills developing

Future Jobs description will be specific and traditional qualification may not fit due to advancing and changing nature of work. HRM need to identify specific key skills Organization going to needed and develop recruiting strategy based on skill rather than Job title position. The strategy needs to move towards identifying and developing the specific skills and capabilities needed for future success.

Talent Management System (TMS)

Integrated and Data driven TMS software allowed HRM to analysis employee engagement, skill development and employee experience. By using data analytics, it can identify skilled gap and potential of employee and make improvement in Talent Management Strategy.

Artificial intelligence (AI) and Automation

AI and Automation are going to influence talent management processes. It includes automating HR function and repetitive tasks such as resume screening, candidate matching, and onboarding processes. It allows HRM to focus on more innovative and creative parts of talent management process.

 

Conclusion,

The future of talent management is going to be influenced by technological advancements and integration into workforce, changing workforce demographics, and shifting expectations of employees. HRM need to prepare for emerging trends could shape the future of talent management such as gig economy and freelancing opportunity in internet and on-demand application. HRM need to adapt to these changes and future trends to develop strategy to attract, develop, and retain talent for achieving organizational goals.
